[GAMEPLAY] Rengar premanently had the isolated mark

I was playing Deathbloom Kha'Zix, and I was playing against a Rengar, I believe it was the classic skin. And after I killed him, he permanently had the isolated mark on him, but it didn't receive the isolated effects. I don't know how to replicate this because it didn't occur the first time I killed him.
