Locked Camera Bug

I play on locked camera, somewhat. Like, when I'm playing, I like to tap "Y" to actually see the map, but at times I also like to see my champion. I can't get used to playing on unlocked camera. Basically, sometimes my camera will freak out in game, and I will either be on permanent lock camera or permanent unlocked camera. After I die, the problem will fix temporarily, but will return moments later.
