[BUG] Kled's W 4th basic attack does not proc Hydra(s) / Tiamat passive AoE - 100% Reproducable.

Hello,

I noticed sometimes Kled's 4th basic attack with his W (% max health damage) doesn't always proc Tiamat / Hydra(s) passive AoE effects.

I have also been able to conclude that it's due to the % max health damage being calculated first, and if it kills the target, hydra / tiamat does not proc.

Reproduction:

1. Pick Kled, can be mounted or dismounted, doesn't matter.
2. Get Tiamat / one of the Hydras
3. When W is active, attack a minion with low health, low enough for W's % max health damage will kill it.
4. Notice that if the % max health damage killed the minion, the hydra / tiamat do not apply the AoE damage.

If done right, 100% reproduction rate.
