[Client] Shen dealing negative total damage in end game.

I've seen 3 seperate posts regarding the same thing. In end game, 3 games within the last 5 hrs have resulted in end game stating that Shen is dealing negative damage. The number is also consistent through all 3 games (-2, 147, 483, 64(the 4 and the last number cut out in the client). It's also shown as true damage. In terms of roles, I've seen it on 2 support Shen and 1 top lane Shen. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with items.

Edit: It's also easy to recreate, and seems to be after every game.
