Missing Mute buttons

I was playing a game on my Garena smurf, until the enemy Wukong was being a dick by all-chatting "Sad" & "Aww" everytime one of us got killed. So I plan to mute him(unlike all these idiots and their "i dont deserve this permaban" threads) til I come upon this:

I can't find the mute button. Well I'm unsure if it's just Garena, but I guess the NA Lol should have the same problem as well.

The mute button is still there. However, there's a bug that makes it be blacked out. https://i.imgur.com/WQBYrOv.png The button is always to the right of the trinket, in the small blacked out square.
