i and many others seem to be having weird connection problems

in the last several hours ive had a bunch of teammates (and myself) experience weird unexplained lag, fps drops, in game glitches such as health bars disappearing and the tab menu being jacked up, and in my case, lag that only applied to movement and attack clicks. abilities and menus and such worked fine but for whatever reason my clicks were all delayed by a good 1-3 seconds. anybody else been experiencing these issues?
