Disable Xerath, don't do what you did when Yasuo had an ultimate bug

Bumping the issue. Stop being blind eyes Riot, this isn't a joke. Don't do what you did with Yasuo back then, pretending it's "not a big issue". I don't see him disabled on EUW yet, is he disabled anywhere else?
