[CLIENT] Client wont reconnect when internet is re-established

THIS IS NOT ABOUT A CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. Im not complaining about problems connecting to the server or my internet. This is an issue of the client not realizing the internet has returned and doing the proper action. It tries to "reconnect" and then gives up, yet continues to show the "trying to reconnect" pop-up. The only way to get by this is completely closing the application and restarting it. If i dont, it'll "try to reconnect" as long as the application is open. Ive seen it hang like this for at least ten minutes before, while i had internet. As soon i restart the application, im back in. This has been happening for months. In fact i cant remember the last time the client actually reconnected. And no i dont wait only five seconds at the "trying to reconnect" before restarting. I give it a few minutes cause i never lose faith that it may reconnect. But it never does...
