[CLIENT] Retry connection never works

If i ever get to the point i need to hit "Retry Connect" while playing, i know i have to restart the whole client. It never works. Not even the "Reconnect" button works after you give up. Completely have to close.

Lately the "Attempting to Reconnect" has been actually sorta working in game, so hopefully thats actually fixed.
