Anyone else having problems with Janna?

I was playing as Janna and her ult wasn't working one game no matter how many times I pressed "R". Then her ult went off all by itself once. It's not my keyboard because the "r" button works just fine and I haven't had this problem with any other champs. Is there a problem with Janna?

Nah, this is just a bug that has been around for a very long time. Sometimes her ult just doesn't work, even though the ability icon shows that it's up.
Usually if you die, or if you wait long enough, then you're able to ult again.
