Anyone else having problems with Janna?

I was playing as Janna and her ult wasn't working one game no matter how many times I pressed "R". Then her ult went off all by itself once. It's not my keyboard because the "r" button works just fine and I haven't had this problem with any other champs. Is there a problem with Janna?
