Ongoing bug that is making my life miserable

Every few weeks, I get this bug where I cannot go into champion select (dynamic queue or blind pick), and I cannot see my masteries page. Everything else is fine. At first, this bug was okay, because the fix was pretty easy; all you have to do is repair it, which takes like half an hour to an hour. But now, it's getting annoying to have to do every two weeks. I only get about an hour and a half to play every night, so if I get this bug, I kiss my night goodbye. Does anyone know any permanent fixes for this bug, or should I just contact rito support? I have already reinstalled my game twice, and I run as admin.
