Urgot can E out of Zac's ult and cancel Zac's E with his E
Pretty sure the interaction with Zac ult is not intended, don't know about Zac's E.

Gragas can also bodyslam Zac out of his E, that is normal. The E out of ult though, that one looks funny. Looks like Zacs ult grabbed him after Urgot pressed E but before the spell cast finished. Sort of like how Ezreal or Trist can jump after blitz grabs them if you time it right.
I have noticed Urgot's E can basically pierce through any crowd control while playing. As in, no matter what afflicts him, as long as he begun the E before he was hit by the crowd control, he will use his E and go the distance.
