[GAMEPLAY] Thresh soul collection is delayed

Previously, Thresh would pick up souls immediately when they were dropped. However, since the patch, I've noticed I have to stand around the soul for an extra second or two before it gets picked up.

Is the delay a bug or intended?

It wasn't in the patch notes.
