Lulu bug with one for all

So that's the game. I don't know when but it happened really randomly during that game. We would randomly get assists from each other without being nearby. Sometimes people would ult each other and it wouldn't go on cool down. I actually got a kill bot lane while top lane and not even involved. It was stolen from someone else without me doing anything. Pretty weird.
