Endlessly Waiting for Game

I have noticed several occasions recently where I will queue up for a game and the time will just go on endlessly, without ever finding me a game. My internet is always working normally at these times, and will often occur AFTER I successfully finish a game. If relevant, it seems to happen more often for ARAM games.

EDIT: Logged out and back in again, same problem and can't play any games. However I can access the store and the crafting page.
