Azir breaks out of jail

On Dominion Azir is capable of leaving the platform early.

How to recreate:

Toss out a soldier, use Q to shift him forward, hitch a ride with E.

You are now one step out of the platform. If you try and walk it will force you back, but if you hit the stop command it holds you in place.

Repeat the WQE on cooldown and you can make it this far out of base before the match begins.
