and he didnt think he'd need to take a picture and now its gone, is there anyway he can "prove" he got it without a picture?

no need, riot stated that they have a record of all the previous offers. Let your friend send a ticket to riot telling them he want the old offers and he'll get them back.

If he wants the skin he got in the first round of my shop he should contact riot with a ticket, riot knows what skins he had in the first round and will honor the skin buy
Every championship skin will be out later this week regardless.

if you remember what was in your shop and send a ticket to riot they will make sure what you said is true and then give you the offer again
