Rift Herald doesn't know what to target and gets pissed off and leaves

Not sure if this is the intended behavior. I put 3 turrets outside of the pit, I start attacking with heim. The Herald comes out to fight, I stay in range of the Herald. The Herald gets confused on who to attack, it tries to attack each turret then me once then rolls back into the pit.
