Can the Lulu Polymorph problem be adressed?

I'm tired that when I polymorph Renekton, he can still stun me, and that Garen can still silence me. It's a POLYMORPH. I make them become goddam SQUIRRELS AND CUPCAKE. I can understand spells such as Garen W or Wukong Ult - they were casted before the polymorph, and they're just AOE stuff around them, so they don't need to auto attack or whatsoever for it to work. But the fact a Squill can still use auto attacks just because it's empowered with some crap is stupid.

This problem has been going on for long enough, and it covers most champs with empowered auto attacks - that's what it is, an empowered auto attack, and guess what Lulu's W does? It disarm enemy champions.

I've figured out that in the case of Garen, it is effectively because of the middair animation. But there's a single problem that progress with that- why isn't Jax's W doing the same?

In this video I tested, and you don't even need to slow down to see Jax was in midanimation but it didn't even hit, unlike Garen.

No matter how op lulu is what is the source and whether Garen is able to use an auto Q or not when he is polymorphed, that is not the main concern anymore- the problem is why can't Jax do the same? If Jax could do the same then I would shut the hell up, but there's clearly a contradiction here.

maybe polymorph can be changed so its not a 2 sec silence+slow+blind

If abilities still happen and do not stop it is not a silence.

no they are called animations thats cant be stopped and he just saves polymorph until they hit him its not a silence problem its a player problem for waiting till they get in range

if you looked at my other reply you would understand that its not a bug you poly morph them when they are mid animation for their abilities so they still go through since animations arent affected by cc except in some special cases

It is not an animation for a spell - you have to understand it's an empowered auto attack. Unlike Garen W or Wukong R whose attack animation lingers, that is borderline understandable, as when you do either of these, you do not do any action like attacking or casting spells.

The thing with empowered auto attack is that, they empower your next auto attack. And disarm disallows you from auto attacking. The crowd control is named Pacify and that's not because Renekton can apparently stun while being a squirrel just because he activated Q before getting polymorphed.

Even when the "animation" is up (such as Garen's sword taking in light to ready for the next auto), you need to go to the champion while pacified, then actually declare a basic attack.

As a proof: it doesn't do this with Jax, despite empowering its next auto attack. I literally just tested it.

There is an animation when Jax empowers his attack with W and hits someone with it, he slams it upward instead, and it's pretty visible.

You can easily search it on the internet within every Jax video, his W empowered auto attack also have a different animation from his regular auto attacks.

i just played a jax game and it makes his lantern glow and uses an animation from him having high as which is still base due to his passive no new animation to go through

In this video you can notice a big difference between his regular auto attack and the W-empowered auto attacks. It,s a good 52 seconds in case you won't believe with a singe auto.

targeted abilities don't stop, if the animation goes off as your polymorph goes off then it doesn't matter. its intended to work like that for every targeted ability

Just looked it up. Voli flip has a lower cooldown than lulu polymorph at all ranks.

Consider the fact that polymorph is already an overloaded skill that shouldnt exist. Stop QQing about lulu shes freelo. Turns champs that really shouldnt have tank stats into tanks.

LOL, Where is your fact that Lulu is op? Do you know what will happen if you post a "Lulu is op" board on gameplay? People will jump on you saying it's not. I'm not placed to know perfectly what Lulu is, but I know that I main her with close to 500k MP while you played her probably no more than 10 times, and when you got polymorphed by her you started crying because muh muh lulu op.

And if you're going to start being passive aggressive, then I might do the same, but well you're probably too delusional to realize that

A champion that turns a non tank into a tank should not exist. That is all. Anyone whos opinion differs from that is irrelevant, and likely doesnt play this game with any sort of desire to win or have balance.

Lulu is one of 2 champs that creates an automatic lose condition. even an annie flash ulting on a lulu ulted kogmaw cannot kill it. Such is why lulu kog/ lulu varus/ lulu (insert hypercarry) is so highly contested in high elo.

Champs op. Zero skill to pull off what she does.

Not a bug, working as always has been intended =). Lulus been out since 2012, and this interactions been around just as long. If it was a bug riot would have fixed it a long time ago. Its normal gameplay. (Is actual end of discussion)

No. Targeted abilities, when started, always go through. I'd rather Riot fix it so it doesn't work on "unstoppable." Sad seeing a squirrel scream "COWAAAAARDS!!!"

That's odd, I've managed to W multiple Garen who were afar from me and they still managed to land a Q silence on me. Very similar cases to Renekton, as soon as I see them using coming too close from me or wanting to engage, I W them as soon as they approach me, but there are too many cases of them still stunning me regardless of the polymorph.

Also, Sion can't be W'd in his ult

I think Empowered are given higher priority. I've flashed away from a melee champ and still been killed by their auto. Their auto was already started, empowered or not, and can only be canceled by the user.

Might be, but then again it didn't do it with Jax. I've only met this issue with champs whose empowered autos grants them some sort of CC like Renek, Garen or Voli.

They are already mid-animation, so it will still go through. It's the same with flash and autos

But mid-aimation regular autos won't do that. I've never been hit by a mid-animation regular auto after I Polymorph them, afaik.

It's because they have an additional effect that they go through. If you polymorph before they get into auto range, the time to use the empowered auto will run out

I believe it's because it doesn't offer cc. The same thing should happen with Kass's w.
