Can the Lulu Polymorph problem be adressed?

I'm tired that when I polymorph Renekton, he can still stun me, and that Garen can still silence me. It's a POLYMORPH. I make them become goddam SQUIRRELS AND CUPCAKE. I can understand spells such as Garen W or Wukong Ult - they were casted before the polymorph, and they're just AOE stuff around them, so they don't need to auto attack or whatsoever for it to work. But the fact a Squill can still use auto attacks just because it's empowered with some crap is stupid.

This problem has been going on for long enough, and it covers most champs with empowered auto attacks - that's what it is, an empowered auto attack, and guess what Lulu's W does? It disarm enemy champions.

I've figured out that in the case of Garen, it is effectively because of the middair animation. But there's a single problem that progress with that- why isn't Jax's W doing the same?

In this video I tested, and you don't even need to slow down to see Jax was in midanimation but it didn't even hit, unlike Garen.

No matter how op lulu is what is the source and whether Garen is able to use an auto Q or not when he is polymorphed, that is not the main concern anymore- the problem is why can't Jax do the same? If Jax could do the same then I would shut the hell up, but there's clearly a contradiction here.
