Can't forge 3 key frags ( repair / relogging didn't fix it )

My bro collected 3 key frags he can't forge them nor click on anything in the loot tab , after 10 seconds of opening the hextech forge he gets a bug splat and the repair didn't see m to fix it aswell , then he tried with my computer he was able to enter on my account and forge my keys but still can't forge his keys and get a bug splat message too even if it is a diffirent computer , i saw another one having the same bug he opens the hextech forge and clicking on the items doesn't work then he received a bug splat too. Is this a general bug ? it doesn't seem to be the player's client related problem , most likely started to happen after the dawnbringer vs nightbringer thingy.
