client failed to load aram lobby

I had let my computer sit idle while logged in to LoL for maybe 30-40 minutes. I knocked my computer out of sleep mode and queued up an aram, solo. Hit accept match and the client went and stayed black. There wasnt even any sound associated with the lobby but things in the client like friends list and such still worked. When i went to restart the client I was told I was in a lobby and may be punished for leaving. I tried the restart anyway and now I have 15 minutes to kill because I "dodged" that lobby. Not really angry about it but I had 15 minutes to kill so I thought a report was in order.
