Poro Rider Sejuani skin wont load...

I dont know if this is a bug or not but I have been having quite a few games where I would start a game. and my Poro Rider Sejuani skin Woudl NOT load. it would load as the classic EVEN if I have the poro skin selected. How do I fix this loading problem.

Tried a custom game, it loaded there. So far it hasn't loaded in team builder games only. Haven't tried in anything else though.
