Missing Challenger Ahri and Nidalee from their respective tabs?
I own both skins but I'm not able to view them on my Summoner Profile. Will I be able to select them in champion select?

If you have purchased them, yes, you will be able to use them.
Limited skins are sometimes not listed in a champion profile, even if you own the skin. I haven't check if the new client has things synced up properly though.
