Ezreal Skin pricing error?

This has got to be a bug but the "Star Guardian Ezreal - First Star Edition" has a price of 2655 RP, and come with the champion, the skin, and a icon. However in the shop, the individual price is the same as the others at 1350. All of the "First Edition" skins come with the same pack (Champion, Skin, Icon), and unless that's a very expensive icon (about $5 USD for just the icon). It's marked wrong.

The first editions include a loading screen border

If you own the champion then it comes out to be 1775 RP otherwise it's a little more expensive.
