At 56:21, has her Banshee up & available, but after shoots his ult towards her, it still deals damage.

And according to Lol wiki, Ez's ult is bockable by spell shields, even Banshee.

Similar clearer bug can be found at 58:10. Even the casters were quite surprised with themselves.

That was actually just a visual bug. Your first example at 56:21 is hard to tell since you cannot see the moment before the ult hit Tristana, but at 58:10, you can very clearly see that Tristana's Banshees Veil is on cooldown. Another example is at 50:50, where Nautilus' ult hits because Ezreal's Luden's Echo hits her an instant before the ult, popping the shield.
