3 Kayn bugs

I've played Kayn a decent amount any I've noticed a few bugs.

1- When I damage someone, it sometimes doesn't count them as damaged so I can't ult into them. 2- When I shadow step into a wall, sometimes it takes 1+ seconds to heal me instead of instant. 3- If you use deathfire touch and attack an enemy, you get the passive orbs whenever they get damaged by them.
