[Gameplay] Zoe's Q Acting Weird

So, I was playing Zoe and it seemed like Paddle Star acted weird when recasting. First cast is fine, but when I wanted to recast, the reticle for the second cast would not show up. Sometimes, it would even point in the opposite direction of my mouse or not at all. Sometimes, the second cast would cause it to travel like a failed flash (less than a Teemo away. Maybe like a bee?).
