[Minor] Pajama Guardian Lulu

While this isn’t anything major by any stretch I thought I would post this just to get it out there.

When the Pajama Guardian Lulu skin is enabled and her /laugh is executed the sound effect of her cap coming off still plays but the cap never actually comes off because, well, she’s wearing pajamas.
