[GAMEPLAY] Hexdrinker shield particles look like Cleanse particles

Was recently played Lissandra and was against a Caitlyn that bought a Hexdrinker. I didn't know she bought one, so i went to kill her in a 1v1 only to see what looked like the Cleanse bubble around her after I ulted her, so I reacted accordingly, panicked and threw out the rest of my abilities and ignite. After the fight I checked to see if she bought a QSS or had Cleanse, but she didn't. In a later team fight, the same particles effects occurred when her Hexdrinker shield was activated. I have not checked if it is 100% reproducible, but this is the first time I have encountered it
