I can't block players

Title. Everytime i right-click someone's name post-game and click "Block Player" it doesn't do anything and the same when I type in someone's name on my block list. There's been a few instances today where I've wanted to block someone but the game just won't let me. Maybe my block list is too big or maybe its broken.
