Unfortunately I have no video to show you of this cause I don't have recording software installed on this comp yet.

But basically it's this: And this is extremely easy to re-create (I might post pics at bottom of post)

Here's the problem: When using Zilean's Q WHILE ZILEANS E IS ON COOLDOWN then using his W to reduce the cooldowns of his spells. It will ONLY refresh the cooldown of the E and NOT the Q.

Steps to recreate bug: Press E on ally champ/yourself/enemy champ Press Q anywhere Press W (as fast as possible after pressing Q like you normally would for double bomb combo) Press Q again (it will remain on cooldown and E will come off cooldown)

Unfortunately I cannot take pictures because screenshots freeze my game for like 3-4 seconds.

^ EDIT:

I managed to take some by being very fast. The images have names on the site between 1 and 3 in order of when I took them.

Again the combo is: E on myself Q on the ground W E comes off cooldown Q stays on cooldown

From what I can tell (and the pictures aren't conclusive), there's no bug to speak of. It looks like you cast your E, and then did a quick double bomb combo, leaving both Q and W on cooldown. I've played a lot of Zilean, and it definitely looks like there are two bombs on the floor in picture 3. Also, the difference in mana between 1 and 3 would ONLY be possible if you had cast Q twice.

I'm not sure if it is a bug or intentional but it definitely occurs. It happens if you try to W too quickly after Qing. It may have something to do with the cast time/animation of his Q. Or maybe a lock Riot purposely put in to prevent basically insta-stuns.

Obviously it only happens when E is on cd (because if it isn't than W is locked out). If E is off cd than you just screw up your combo and only throw one bomb when you meant to throw two (with W still available for use) because you hit W when it was locked out because nothing was on cd.
