[Gameplay] Swain ult VFX spawning from Blue Fountain, reveal Swain's position through FOW.

Sometimes, when playing against a swain on redside, Swain "ult" particles will spawn from the blue fountain, flying across the map to swain, clearly telegraphing his position, even in fog of war. Once it begins happening, it will do so consistently for the rest of the game.

The first time I noticed it that game, I had just barely respawned after dying to a swain ult.
