People get notification immediately upon being reported, not after leaving post-game chat.

I, and many other people, have noticed that the people we report are notified immediately upon being reported. I thought this was a design decision and opened up a conversation about it (which is linked above) but some people in that thread seemed to think immediate notification was an unintended behavior. Many people assured me that nobody gets notifications saying they were reported until after they leave the post-game screen, just like the honor system. But I and many other people have had chats where that didn't seem to be the case.

Somebody said it was a bug that happened before and may have resurfaced, and suggested I cross-post in the bugs forum. If report notifications are meant to appear before leaving post-game chat, I apologize for the false bug report. If not, it might be something to look into.
