[GAMEPLAY] Katarina and Ultimate Hat

I use Ultimate Hat on Katarina and I noticed that sometimes it doesn't give you a stack of Ultimate Hat after using her ult. After testing in Practice tool, I found that it only doesn't give you a stack if you Shunpo then ult instantly.

1. Take Ultimate Hat on Katarina.
2. Use Shunpo on a target and ult instantly.
3. Cry because it didn't give you a stack.
