[CLIENT] The client keeps on popping up like I received a queue, or it's my turn to pick or ban

Today my client kept on becoming the open window like i had found a queue or it was my turn to ban or pick a champion in champion select, but this would happen at random times, even minimizing the league game i was in to pop up. I have not opened it back up, so i do not know if it is still doing this
