Client VERY laggy

The client is very slow since 9.24. Loading anything takes 30-40s, highlighting buttons takes 10-15. Chat is closing in a stuttering movement. Animations are just not working at all in most places. Everyone shows as missing in post game lobby. Transitioning between areas can take a minute or more. The accept dialogue is loading so badly it sometimes doesn't work because it fails to register any presses for so long it times out. Problem gets worse with time, indicating a memory leak.
