"Fill" matching well below tier/divisions - Dynamic Queue Broken

So in the morning times I usually play the fill role as there is more people that play support and I'm not guaranteed to get it, unlike later in the day. I don't mind playing support, I just don't want to do it all the time. Now there is another reason I don't feel like playing it.

Attached is a screenshot of my past games and the most current one. The last game I played, I was Plat 3 and my teammates were: Silver 1, Silver 1, Silver 2 and Gold 4. The enemy team was Gold 3, Gold 4, Gold 4, Gold 4, Gold 5.

Needless to say we didn't win. I was in a support role that quickly became worthless and there was no way I was carrying. (4 tanks on their side and all lanes behind). At first, I was thinking my MMR must have really fell and I must of lost a ton of games. Then I realized I actually have been winning a ton more recently than losing.

I pulled up my match histories for the games on na.op.gg and looked at past games. In almost all of my last games (looking at the last 10), everyone was Plat 3-5 with a random gold duo or two thrown in.

**So I'm here asking: Is there a bug with matchmaking that caused me to get matched whole tiers below where I am for playing fill and getting support after a minute or two of waiting? Or is my MMR broken somehow between one game and the next? The game immediately before it I was matched with my proper MMR. **

What's the program you use to get all those player stats and stuff?

I think the driving factor is the Riot uses separate MMRs for normal and ranked games. I've seriously had games of Golds and one Plat versus mostly bronze and silver with one Gold. So if high ranked players don't play normals much then their "normal MMR" would be lower than their "ranked MMR." Likewise, low elo people who primarily play normals might have a higher "normal MMR" than their "ranked MMR."

Also, the system tries to balance the teams so it makes sense if you are Plat you would get paired up with Silvers while the other team gets Golds.

What you said is the whole reason why I don't play support any more, its near impossible to carry as a support in low elo. You are entirely dependent on the rest of your team not being horrible. Hopefully I'll be able to climb so I can start playing support again.
