So my graphics got into the Teemo shrooms

Long story short: The first ten minutes of the game, it's fine. I could probably be hitting a few more q's, but other than that, I'm a happy camper. Then, right around the ten minute mark, everything switches to this:

To make matters worse, each little bit of rainbow pixel puke is flickering.

The problem only fixed itself when I died, but as soon as I respawned it came back. I suffered through it for the rest of the game (which I think was 40-odd minutes long). I'm pretty sure it's not my own graphics card since it only seemed to be targeted terrain and backround, and individual models like champs and bushes were still intact. That, and I've been playing for almost a year on this laptop and I've never had this sort of thing happen before. Is it possible to look into it? Thanks.
