Isn't it time to fix Soraka's equinox?

It's been bugged since her rework. I realize that it's not an easy fix, but it hurts her a lot. I'd even go as far to say if you aren't gonna fix it, at least swap it out for something that works right. It's been over a year now. It doesn't seem like it makes a big difference, but I've lost more than a few fights simply because of a non-functional ability.

For those that don't know, Equinox has a hidden "timer" that refreshes the silence every .25 seconds. This means that if you cast equinox and somebody is quick enough, you can still flash or cast a spell before you actually get silenced. This means that when you use it to prevent a flash, it sometimes (I'd guess around 25% of the time, not a small amount) just doesn't do that, through no fault of your own.
