Ionian Boots of Lucidity lose their Cooldown Reduction for the duration of the homeguard buff.

I was playing Karma a few minutes ago and I had Athene's Unholy Grail (20%) + CDR boots (15%) + masteries (5%). I hit the CDR cap. So I grabbed a blue buff (10%) and recalled. I purchased the Homeguard enchantment and my CDR went down to 35%. I thought it took some time to update (some ratios need a few sec to update, might be just the tooltip). It did not update until the Homeguard speed boost went out. This repeated each time I recieved the speed boost.
