Not being able to post in General Discussion if you haven't posted in boards yet.
Even if you're level 30, you can't post in GD for some reason, it tells you you need to be level 30 "or higher" (BTW, higher?).

Sometimes it takes a post on the Boards to synchronize your Boards level with your in-game level. You should be able to post sometime within the next hour (should be about 15 minutes on average). If you still aren't able to post on General Discussion and/or other sub-boards, I would advise submitting a ticket to have the team look into it.
