Rune secondary page shoulds exclamation mark every champion select

I don't have a picture yet. Doing this at night. I would submit one later soon when i can do it but its happens frequently.

It doesnt seem to happen on any rune but only when I run precision and sorcery secondary. Sorcery is when i have the exclamation marks.

Not the biggest bug, but it gets annoying. The only way for me to see my secondary rune is to rechoose my precision runes.
