Tryndamere ult not working

So i contacted player support about this, and they asked me to put it here, yesterday i played a match as tryndamere, when the enemy warwick flashed into my lane just to smite me, i thought something was fishy, it turns out that one smite canceled my ult meaning it could activate, get the cd and rage and the sound effect, and i'd still die, moreover i got flamed at for being a "noob tryndamere" who "should learn how to ult" and when a chat restricted player skyped with a teammate flames you, you know something's up. tryndamere is useless atm and i cannot play him. Please fix.
