[GAMEPLAY] Beginner Bot Soraka Stalls til Death

I was screwing around in a Twisted Treeline custom vs. Beginner Bots (Lucian, Miss Fortune, Soraka). I was playing as Evelynn with no teammates (1v3), and I noticed that whenever Soraka would get around 1/3 health or so, she would just stop and basically AFK. She wouldn't auto attack, she wouldn't use spells, she wouldn't run. Nothing. She'd just stand there. Occasionally, she snapped out of it, if I didn't kill her fast enough, but typically she'd stay like that for at least 5 seconds. It might have something to do with minion/teammate proximity. As far as I could tell, she was ALWAYS alone (No teammates, no allied minions) when this occurred, except for me, when it happened. Though I did notice her tanking my minion wave (without her own) a few times. Neither MF or Lucian did any of this odd behavior.

I don't think this is a huge deal, but if someone is trying to learn the game and plays against her, they would probably like the free kill, but that's not really how League should work...
