[Gameplay] [Client] Hitting Any Keys Locks Up My Game

In game and in the client if I hit any buttons it locks up until I let go. I can't hold out my skillshots to aim them properly I can't hold TAB for scoreboard I can't hold control to level a skill without using my mouse. Soon as I let go of whatever the key is it unlocks but if I can't type or hold any key for longer than a split second the game is basically unplayable
