Sion ult bug

I'm not sure what exactly happened. I ulted an enemy champion that was almost right next to me.

What happened was:

The small ult indicator that appears under Sion when you mouse over R stuck for the duration of the bug Sion collided with Trundle The Sion ult bar was still filling I did not appear to be able to auto attack Using my Q seems to have fixed the bug.
