Bandit Mastery giving +1 gold to any minion death. @riot

As the title said, I took that mastery as an ADC and it was giving me a 1 gold bonus per kill. Was this intended? The description says "Ally" must kill the minion. The ADC killing the minion and getting the bonus gold isn't as intended is it?

It also doesn't proc off spells hitting enemy champions... or may be it was autos, don't remember but 1 doesn't give gold.
