Less LP than usual for no apparent reason

Hey, I'm not really sure to put this, or if it's even a bug, but recently I got 11 lp (I usually get 20-25) and landed on exactly 99 lp where I would normally be in promos. I am in silver I about to be gold, and right after the match where this occured the ranked queue goes down. Is this a bug? Or is the less LP Riot's way to show I'm not ready for gold yet? (Sorry if I put this in the wrong board)

Apparently due to enabling Loss Prevented for the other team. Someone just answered on my post regarding same topic.
