Critical Azir Bug

Sometimes Azir's soldiers just start doing bonkers damage with their autos. It can happen without someone meaning to cause it. It might be that the damage per soldiers stops being reduced or something, I don't know. What I do know is that it's completely game ruining and he should be disabled. He suddenly becomes able to just run around one and two shotting everyone. The video is of some C9 members playing what I think is just a typical ranked game. However the bug just happened in my last game as well.
