Ornn and Zoe Bugs/Oversights I found

I don’t know if you all know this but when you upgrade an item to its Masterwork form the cooldown refreshes Ex: Use Redemption (now on cooldown), Buy Salvation (can be used again), was this intended or is this something no one really talked about and was looked over. I play a lot of Ornn Support and I find this to be strong cause during one fight I keep my Redemption not upgraded and use it to help win a fight, then I upgrade it after the fight and can use it again when the next fight occurs.

Another thing I believe is a bug or another oversight but as Zoe I picked up a Redemption active and readied it before it disappeared and after it vanished I could still use it. Not sure if this will apply to other item actives since they can’t be if you are dead. I also played a lot of Zoe when she came out and earlier today I witnessed this when playing her.

I hope they get to this cause these are kinda considered a bit op in my eyes
